A corporate flight department approached us with an aging business jet equipped with unreliable and costly-to-maintain analog instruments. Their goal was to enhance safety, improve operational capability with modern navigation, and increase the aircraft’s overall value. Our team was tasked with managing a complete, nose-to-tail glass cockpit transformation.
Our mobile installation team traveled to the client’s home hangar to minimize downtime and logistical costs. The project involved the complete removal of the old “steam gauge” panel, engineering and fabrication of a new custom instrument panel, and the installation and integration of a new suite of digital avionics. The process was conducted in strict accordance with the STC, and our team handled all wiring, system configuration, and final calibration before returning the modernized aircraft to service.
